The Director, Stephen Thom is a construction professional with strong industry knowledge and expertise. Stephen came from an extensive background in all types of Civil contracts and has a long history of road construction and Machinery Operation.

The company was established in April 2013. The amount of high quality contracts Total Civil has been involved in is testament to their ability and commitment to completing work to schedule and to budget.

Total Civil has been working on a wide range of civil, Earthmoving and Construction related projects for some of New Zealand’s largest Construction Firms.
